All products are custom-made to order based on the final details approved by the customer. We guarantee that your order will match the specifications, artwork, and selections confirmed prior to production.
If there is a verified issue due to a production error, defect, or fulfillment mistake, we will work with you to make it right.
What The Golden Standard Means

What Is Not Covered
Because all items are custom-made to order, we are not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Spelling, punctuation, or design errors in customer-approved artwork
- Low-resolution or poor-quality images provided by the customer
- Design choices or layout decisions approved prior to production
- Incorrect product selections, sizes, or quantities chosen by the customer
- Minor color variations between screens, proofs, and finished products
- Slight variations in print placement, sizing, or alignment within standard industry tolerances
Artwork Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, proofs, and order details prior to approval.
Once artwork is approved and production begins, the order is considered final.
